Services
Kamal's Kuisine provides private dining, catering, and related culinary services. Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and approval.
Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry through the website does not guarantee a booking. Dates and services are only confirmed after direct communication and payment arrangements.
Pricing
Pricing displayed on the website, if applicable, may represent starting prices only and is subject to change based on guest count, location, travel, menu selections, and service requirements.
Travel
Travel-based services may include additional fees related to transportation, accommodations, or other travel-related expenses.
Payments & Deposits
A $300 deposit is required for bookings made more than a month in advance. Bookings made less than a month out require a 50% deposit. Full balance is due one week prior to your service date.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the booking was made. Once a date is secured it closes availability for other clients, so all sales are final. Full terms are outlined in your service agreement.
Media & Photography
Kamal's Kuisine may use photography or media from events for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, imagery, branding, and design elements, are the property of Kamal's Kuisine unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kamal's Kuisine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or services.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
